  9. The odds of each qualifying winning bet will be added up towards leaderboard points.
  10. Only real money wagers qualify. Bonus money balance is excluded from wagering.
  11. Bets settled using the Cash Out feature will not contribute towards the promotion.
  12. Void, cancelled and bets half-won/half-lost will not contribute towards the promotion.

  17. Winnings from the rewards do not carry any additional wagering requirements.
