3. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible for free bets denominated in any cryptocurrency.
4. Edited comments will automatically become ineligible to win prizes.
5. In case the info on the Discord Profile of the winner doesn't correspond with the personal information the winner sends through, Sportsbet.io can decide not to grant the prize.
6. There is a maximum of 1 prize that can be won per Sportsbet.io user account over the course of 12 months.
7. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. In case you're not able to use your prize, there won't be a new draw.
8. Sportsbet.io reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us awarding a prize.
9. Sportsbet.io reserves the right to cancel an entry to a promotion, terminate any account and withhold any promotional benefits and/or take such other action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion, in particular in the event that an entry is: (i) made in breach of or non-compliance with the Promotion Terms and/or the Standard Terms; (ii) fraudulent; (iii) incorrectly completed; and/or (iv) not received by Sportsbet.io for any reason.
10. If you're caught trying to attempt fraud for more than 2 times, you won't be eligible anymore to have a valid participation in Sportsbet.io's Discord Giveaways for the next 24 months.
11. Sportsbet.io’s decisions in respect of any matter(s) concerning a promotion are final.
12. Duties or other taxes derived from the prizes sent are not covered by Sportsbet.io.
13. Sportsbet.io may transfer your personal data, such as your name and contact details, to third parties for the purpose of providing the prizes and/or services offered in the promotion.

General terms & Conditions

1. If a player is involved in any suspicious and/or fraudulent activity, Sportsbet.io reserves the right to undertake a KYC process, cancel the player's bets, remove the player from the current promotion, exclude them from all future promotions and not credit any winnings.
2. Should Sportsbet.io detect fraud, foul play, any manipulation of the promotion rules, or abuse of the promotion, the relevant player and their related accounts will be suspended from the current and any future promotions.
3. Sportsbet.io reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time. These terms and conditions are in addition to Sportsbet.io General Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions.

The offer is limited to one per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method, e-mail address, and any public environments where computers and IP addresses are shared such as, but not limited to: universities, schools, libraries, and workplaces. In other words, only one bet is allowed per individual.
6. These Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages for informational purposes and ease of access by players. The English version is the only legal basis of the relationship between you and us and in the case of any discrepancy with respect to a translation of any kind, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
