How do I find the Vault?
- Log in to your account
- Open the Cashier module by clicking on "Deposit" or on your balance.
- Choose "Vault"
- Select if you wish to Deposit or Withdraw funds.
(For Deposits): When choosing to Deposit, you may select the wallet you wish to deposit funds from, you will see your Active balance on the bottom, and on the top will be displayed your current Vault balance. Enter a valid amount and click "Deposit to Vault" for your funds to be transferred.
(For Withdrawals): When choosing to Withdraw from the wallet, you will need to ensure that your active wallet matches the currency you wish to withdraw from the Vault. If there is a balance, you will be able to select the amount you wish to withdraw. Once you click "Withdraw from Vault" you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code to confirm the withdrawal.
N.B to ensure the security of funds in the Vault, Two-factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled on your account to use this feature.
